You can return unworn items back to us within 14 days of receipt. Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in a resalable condition. If your return is lost in transit, you should immediately contact us, we will do our best to find your package.
International customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items. We cannot reimburse postage to international customers. We advise economy postage or basic tracking only. We may be able to reimburse economy post for faulty items.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and with any original packaging (for hygiene reasons, hosiery must not have be taken out of the packet)
If you believe your parcel is either lost in transit or damaged you have 21 days after dispatch to notify customer service. We are unable to refund historic order as no investigation can take place.
