Delivery Costs and Times
Orders placed before 13:00/1.00pm UTC+1 will usually be dispatched the same day depending on how busy we are.

Refunds and Returns
You can return unworn items back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty goods are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. For non-faulty returns, we must still be able to sell your item so it must be returned in a resalable condition.
If your return is lost in transit, you should immediately contact with us, we will do our best to find your package.
International customers must contact Customer Services before returning any items. We cannot reimburse postage to international customers. We advise economy postage or basic tracking only.We may be able to reimburse economy post for faulty items.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with tags and labels still attached and with any original packaging (for hygiene reasons, hosiery must not have be taken out of the packet)
Cancelling an Order

If your order has already been dispatched, simply return it as outlined in our returns policy.
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you placed it. If it has been dispatched, then you have the responsibility to return the goods correctly.
If you believe your parcel is either lost in transit or damaged you have 21 days after dispatch to notify customer service. We are unable to refund historic order as no investigation can take place.
